House/dog sitter wanted 25th May for a week(ish)

I've got a customer who needs someone to look after her house and 2 dogs (pyrenean mountain dog and border collie) for about a week while she goes into hospital for a hip replacement.
The dogs are great, the house is beautiful and the garden lovely. She also has 2 ponies, but someone else will be caring for them.
Unfortunately the person who was going to do it has had to go back to the UK on a family emergency and she is now getting very worried.
There is pay involved, but I don't know how much or arrangements etc.
You don't need to be there 24 hours a day, but she would like someone there between 5pm and 9am.
She is near Lignac 36.
